Utica
After the Roman conquest of the region in 146BC , Utica was regarded as the capital of the Roman Province of Africa for a long period . The golden era in the history of the city was under the rule of Emperor Hadrian , since a huge movement of construction was inaugurated . Nowadays , Utica is a small quite coastal city located about 15km away from the Mediterranean coast .
