The Roman Cistern is one of the tourist attractions in the City of El Kaf . This Roman Cistern dates back to the Roman Rule of Tunisia in the 5th Century . The main source of water for theses cisterns was mainly Ras El Ein Spring in the west side of the Roman cistern and bath . Worth noticing in the neighboring area of the cistern , the hexagonal hall and the ruins of the 5th Century Church .
