runs north through the town center from the bus and louages stations and finishes near the port , while ave Abdel Hamid El Qadhi skirts the eastern edge of town . The souqs and most of the town's hotels and restaurants are found within the large V-formed area by these streets which was occupied with the Funduqs of the traveling merchants in the Ottoman Era .
