Gafsa
is an area of a great history that dates back to the 11th century BC . It was the site of Capsa , a city captured and destroyed by the Roman Consul Marius during his war against the Numidian monarch Jugurtha . He managed to control over the city in 107 Bc and turn it into a Roman town and constructed many buildings with unique style including the fascinating Roman Pools still exist .
