Thursday Market

The Thursday Market (Souq El Khameis, in Arabic) occupies an open area opposite the Mosque of Sidi Ben Abbes, off ave des Sources at the eastern edge of EI-Bayadha. It is a daily market that sells Tunisian 'desert roses'; actually crystalline formations of rock that resemble roses in shape.
