Souq El Trouk
The Medina in Tunis is packed with a large number of Souqs (markets), all organized into different commercial areas that display various significant goods and outfits including essential oils, souvenirs, satin baskets, gifts, clothes, wools, caps and hats. Among the different Souqs (markets) surrounding the Zaytouna Mosque are the Souq el Attarine (the Perfume Makers' Souq), Souq des Libraires (the Booksellers' Souq), Souq de la Laine (the Wool Souq), and Souq el-Grana (the Livornese Jews' Souq).
