Sidi Mechrig
Sidi Mechrig is a small coastal city that locates about 17 km away from Tamra and few meters away from Cap Serrat Beach. As a small city, it is difficult to use public transportation for reaching it but it is recommended to have you own 4WD if you insist on visiting it. On the shore, stands three semi-preserved arches that were a part of an ancient bathhouse from the Roman Era. From the shore of Sidi Meshriq fishing port, one can see the beautiful whitewashed lighthouse of Cap Serrat.
Among the worth visiting places in Sidi Mishrig city are the Tomb of Sidi Bou Tayeb in the pine forest of the city and the Tomb of Oma Nawal, a female saint, in Jebel Chitane.
