Roman bridge

The recently restored Roman Bridge is one of the most remarkable sightseeings in Sbeitla. It passes over the Oued River of Sbeitla and was used for a long period as an aqueduct and it is still in use. This bridge is worth visiting for the magnificent natural landscape of the area around it and the small spring of clean water that runs to the city of Sfax. This bridge is usually visited by tourists who visit the location of the Christian structures in the northern tip of the Subeitla.
