Roman Cisterns

The Roman Cistern is one of the tourist attractions in the City of El Kaf. This Roman Cistern dates back to the Roman Rule of Tunisia in the 5th Century. The main source of water for theses cisterns was mainly Ras El Ein Spring in the west side of the Roman cistern and bath. Worth noticing in the neighboring area of the cistern, the hexagonal hall and the ruins of the 5th Century Church.
