Nabul Museum

The small Nabeul Museum is located on aye Habib Bourguiba. Housing an impressive collection of exhibits, the museum seductively illustrates the history of Cap Bon during ancient Punic times. The displays include terracotta objects, Punic jewelry and striking statues of a lion-headed goddess and sphinxes found in Thinissut. Also included are different artefacts and well restored, rich and varied mosaics with themes based on mythology from Antiquity once flooring the House of the Nymphs (Nympharum Domus), once a private house of 1500m2 located in Neapolis. There are also some outstanding marble sculptures dating to the Roman period.
