Munidpal Baths
Chemtou is a city of a great history that date back to the Romans Era. Despite of its location about 30km away from Medjerda River, its main source of water was the aqueduct about 30km to the north. Few meters away from this aqueduct, there was once a Municipal Bath that was extracting its water from it. Nowadays, there are only few remains of this aqueduct and Roman bath. The most notable part of the ruins of the bath and this unexcavated archaeological site of the bath is the entrance of the bath and the four piers of the aqueduct.
