Mosque of The strangers

The Strangers' Mosque, Mosquée des Etrangers, or Djemaa el Ghorba is the major religious construction in Houmt Souq city. The mosque locates in Ave Abdelhamd El Qadi in the eastern side of the city and Opposite to Zawyia of Sidi Ibrahim, Muslim Saint died 1674. The Strangers Mosque is highly distinguished by its angled Minaret with beautiful Islamic inscriptions. The exterior part of the mosque is highly admired for the numerous medium-size plain domes surrounding the attractive Minaret and for its white-washed color.
