House of Treasure

House of the Treasure or Maison du Tresor is almost the first villa to be visited in the region of the underground Roman Ville in Bulla Regia. It is famous for that name because of the discovery of a large number of silver Roman coins inside it. Like the other Roman Ville, the floor of the house is elegantly decorated with geometrically patterned mosaics. The remaining part of the house consists of a number of bedrooms and dinning rooms and this is clear from the preserved mosaics on the floor.
