GUELLALA

Guellala is a small village located on the south coast of an island in Medenine Governorate. There are no special attractions in this village except the pottery workshops and galleries which offer some of the best goods with very good prices. Shops are usually shut during the middle of the day because of the heat. Getting to the village is available through bus transport as there are buses running between Guellala and Houmt Souq (30 minuets, seven buses daily). Taking a taxi is also an option, however you should arrange the return trip because it may difficult to find transport from the village.
