Once an upper class mansion built by the wealthy Jellouli merchant family in the 17th century, the Dar Jellouli Museum now houses a great variety of items of everyday use, traditional costumes, and jewelry in its a classic courtyard. The beauty of the 3-storied house is enhanced with the beautiful carved wood panels, rich tile decoration and ornate stuccowork. All the mansion's rooms open out onto inner courtyard.
