Basilica of Hildeguns

Among the little but significant monuments the vandals built in Maktar is the Basilica of Hildeguns which lies to the south of Trajan Arch. This small 5th-century Vandal church encloses two rows of columns and some section of the apse had survived with the original decorative mosaics.
