Getting Around Bizerte

Most of the visitors of Bizerte enjoy getting around it and visiting most of its touristic places easily because they all are neighboring each other . The Ville Nouvelle or the new city; the commercial center of Bizerte where the indoor and outdoor market is held stretches from the shipping canal north to Ave Habib Bourguiba in the west . To the north , stands the old port , the Kasabah , Ksibah and the Ramparts .

The white local buses are usually available for transmitting people from a place to another within the city . For moving from ave de la Courniche , 3km northward the Kasbah , to Hassan El Nouri and Ave Habib Boutguiba , one can take the half-hourly buses 2 and 21 . To reach the Remel Plage , one can take the white local bus 8 that passes every 15 minutes .
