In July and August , the International Culture Centre gets much livelier when the beautiful grounds of the villa are the setting of an international festival of films show , music , and drama; namely Hammamet annual International Cultural Festival . A Greek-styled theater was built in 1964 for the purposes of the festival . The festival features Tunisian and Algerian musicians as well as international stars from everywhere; from Ireland to Mali . If you wish to get the program and tickets , you can go to the tourist office or simple try to get some at the door .
