The Arch of Diocletian is one of the major Tourist attractions in Sbeitla that date back to the Roman Era . It was excavated together with numerous constructions surrounding it . Diocletian Arch locates at the far southern side of the city , few meters away from the preserved Roman Bridge that was recently restored . The arch of Dioclitian that traces back to the 3rd century Ad is still the most preserved arch in Sbietla . Interestingly , it is supported with about 72 columns almost all of them are preserved and adorned with carvings with Greco-Roman Style .

In addition to the greatness of the arch itself , the place where it stands is also highly admired . It stands in magnificent grassy gardens and leads to a tree-shaded pathway where one can enjoy the marvelous landscape while visiting such remarkable monument .
